•  You may have seen it coming or not, but whether you are downsized, replaced, or let go, losing one's job can be a devastating blow to anyone's self esteem, financial security, and even relationship with God. The phrase, "you're fired" conjures up a certain reality TV show for some, but there is usually nothing entertaining nor pleasant about losing a job. You may not find yourself in such a situation. You may think, "I don't need to hear a program on being fired!" The reality is that losing a job happens to the best of us, and chances are that you will meet someone who will need your help as he or she navigates through job loss and search.
