Motherhood 101
Someone once wrote, "When God thought of mother, He must have laughed with satisfaction, and framed it quickly--so rich, so deep, so divine, so full of soul power, and beauty, was the conception." While that sentiment reflects the ideal of motherhood, sometimes reality can be a little more realistic. Good parenting skills don't come easily. The challenges of being a mother are quite unique. There are so many expectations to live up to, goals to meet, and hugs to give out, that motherhood can, sometimes, be little overwhelming.

My Space, My Kids
With more than 200 million accounts, MySpace has become one of the most popular destinations on the web for young adults. Of course, with the good comes the bad, and you've no doubt heard horror stories of how MySpace is also home to online predators, computer viruses, and porn peddlers. But as with many things of the world, MySpace is simply a tool. If used correctly, it can be a great way for Christians to connect with like-minded people and a world hungry to learn more about God.

The death of a beloved relative, loss of good health, the breakup from a girlfriend or boyfriend, the end of a career, or a dream of any kind affects us all. Losses of any kind have a profound effect on us in ways we sometimes don't realize. We all have experienced some type of loss, but many know little about how to handle other people's grief, let alone their own.
