About Us
The Bible says a baby named Moses was born under extreme circumstances and grew up knowing he was chosen by God for a special purpose. While still a young adult, he murdered a man thinking he was helping to save his nation, but instead fled to the desert to save his own life. There, for 40 years, he learned mercy, humility, endurance, and hope. Hope that God was bigger than his past. Hope that God could still use him somehow. One day, Moses witnessed something no person had ever seen before or since...a bush, burning, but not consumed. It was the presence of God, with Moses, and it set his hope on fire.
Today, we believe the power and presence of God is available in a personal way for you, just as He was with Moses (Joshua 1:5). We believe that everything in life finds its meaning and purpose when we experience the presence of God through the Person of the Holy Spirit (John 16:13,14; I John 2:27). Whether we have achieved a mountaintop career or have lost everything, we believe we're defined by "Whom" we know, not by what we "do." The Bible says we are complete in Christ (Colossians 2:10) and that "we live, and move, and have our being" in Him (Acts 17:28). When we embrace these truths as our life compass, then we will have found life's greatest hope and purpose, burning up but not consuming us, providing light and warmth to everyone we meet.
